Returns

Feel free to try it on — every style we make is crafted with care and at Sharp Casualwear we are proud of our high standard of quality. We understand if your new purchase doesn't work out the way you imagined, so we've made the return process easy.

Returns made within 14 days of purchase are graciously accepted! Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective. 

How To Return Your Purchase

Please contact Customer Service at support@sharpcasualwear.com. We will issue you a return number and email you the instructions on how to return your merchandise.

Please affix the Prepaid Return Shipping Label provided, along with your invoice, and drop off your package in the U.S. mail.  If you prefer to use the carrier of your choice and create your own label, we recommend using a form of traceable and insurable delivery.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error.

 

Exchanges

Creating shirts that fit properly is a core principle of our mission. If for any reason your shirt doesn't fit correctly, email support@sharpcasualwear.com and we'll make sure to exchange it for the right size.
